नवोदय प्रवेश 2022-23 : कई बार विभिन्न स्रोतों से यह खबर मिलती है कि कुछ जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालयों में दूसरे जिलों के अभ्यर्थी प्रवेश प्राप्त कर रहे हैं। इसलिए नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, नवोदय विद्यालय समिति ने यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि भविष्य में कक्षा VI और IX में प्रवेश के लिए, उसी जिले के पते का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा, जिस जिले के लिए आवेदक ने आवेदन किया है। सत्र 2022-23 से कक्षा VI तथा IX में अनंतिम रूप से चयनित अभ्यर्थियों के प्रवेश की पुष्टि करने से पहले आवासीय स्थिति और कक्षा V तथा VIII अध्ययन स्थिति को सत्यापित कराने निर्देश जारी किए जा सकते हैं।

नवोदय विद्यालय समिति प्रवेश दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने वाला उम्मीदवार उस जिले से होना चाहिए जहाँ जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय स्थित है और उस जिले के सरकारी/सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त या मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल में कक्षा V में पढ़ रहा है। इसमें दो शर्तें शामिल हैं –

(1) जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करने वाला अभ्यर्थी उस जिले से होना चाहिए जहाँ जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय स्थित है।

(2) अभ्यर्थी को उस जिले के सरकारी/ सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त या मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल में कक्षा V में पढ़ना चाहिए।

बिंदु 2 के संबंध में – संबंधित अधिकारियों से प्रमाण-पत्र की आवश्यकता है।

बिंदु 1 के संदर्भ में – निवास या किसी अन्य सरकारी प्रमाण के लिए जोर देने का निर्णय लिया जा सकता है। माता-पिता का आधिकारिक दस्तावेज। इसके लिए एक ही जिले के आधार कार्ड/किराया अनुबंध/ग्राम प्रधान द्वारा जारी निवास प्रमाण पत्र/बिजली, पानी, गैस आपूर्ति बिल/मतदाता पहचान पत्र आदि जैसे दस्तावेजों पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

उपर्युक्तानुसार यह स्पष्ट है कि 2022-23 में अभ्यर्थी को नवोदय में प्रवेश के लिए दो नये प्रमाण पत्र की जरुरत पड़ सकती है। यह प्रमाण पत्र चयनित अभ्यर्थियों से नवोदय विद्यालय में प्रवेश लेते समय मांगा जाएगा। इसमे पहला है शिक्षा विभाग का प्रमाण पत्र (जो कोई भी नवोदय विद्यालय द्वारा मांगे जाएंगे) प्रस्तुत करना पड़ सकता है तथा दूसरा जिले के अन्तर्गत निवासी होने का माता-पिता का आधिकरिक दस्तावेज जिसका ऊपर जिक्र किया जा चूका है, प्रस्तुत करना होगा। इस प्रकार जिला बदल कर नवोदय में प्रवेश प्राप्त करने वालों पर लगाम लगाया जा सकता है।

Section 1: Mental Ability मानसिक योग्यता

This is a non-verbal test. In this, the questions will be based on pictures and figures only. The purpose of such questions is to test the general mental ability of the candidate. This section has 10 parts. Each part will have 4 questions of each type. Below are some examples: –
यह अशाब्दिक परीक्षा है। इसमे प्रश्न केवल चित्रां तथा आकृतियां के आधार पर होगं। एसे प्रश्नों का उद्देश्य अभ्यर्थी की सामान्य मानसिक योग्यता को परखना है इस खण्ड के 10 भाग हैं। प्रत्येक भाग में प्रत्येक प्रकार के 4-4 प्रश्न होंगे। नीचे कुछ उदाहरण दिये गये हैं:-

1. Odd man out भिन्न आकृति छांटिए

In questions 1 to 4, four figures A,B,C and D have been given in each question. Of these four figures, three figures are similar in some way and one figure is different. Select the figure which is different.
प्रश्न संख्या 1 से 4 में प्रत्येक प्रश्न के लिए 4 आकृतियां दी गयी हैं। इन चारों आकृतियों में से 3 आकृतियां किसी न किसी प्रकार से एक जैसी हैं तथा एक भिन्न है। जो आकृति भिन्न है, उसे चुनें।

2.Figure matching आकृति मिलान

n questions 5 to 8, a problem figure is given on the left side and four answer figures marked A, B, C and D are given on the right side. Select the answer figure which is exactly the same as the problem figure.
प्रश्न संख्या 5 से 8 में बायी ओर एक समस्या आकृति दी गयी है और उसके दांयी ओर चार उत्तर आकृतियां । A,B,C,D दी गई हैं। उत्तर आकृति का चयन करें जो समस्या आकृति के बिल्कुल समान है।

3. Pattern completion आकृति पूरक

In questions 9 to 12 there is a problem figure on the left hand side, a part of which is missing. Observe the answer figures A, B, C and D on the right hand side and find out the answer figure which without changing the direction, fits in the missing part of the problem figure in order to complete the pattern in the problem figure.
प्रश्न संख्या 9 से 12 में बायीं ओर एक समस्या आकृति है इसका कुछ भाग लुप्त है। दायीं ओर दी गयी । A,B,C,D उत्तर आकृतियों को देखिए और ऐसी उत्तर आकृति का पता लगाओ जो बिना दिशा बदले समस्या आकृति के लुप्त भाग में फिट हो जाये, जिससे कि समस्या आकृति पूर्ण हो जाए।

4. Figure series completion आकृति श्रृंखला पूर्ण करना

In questions 13 to 16, there are three problem figures on the left hand side and the space for the fourth figure is left blank. The problem figures are in a series. Find out one figure among the answer figures given on the right hand side, which occupies the blank space for the fourth figure on the left hand side and completes the series.
प्रश्न संख्या 13 से 16 में बायी ओर तीन समस्या आकृतियां है और चैथी आकृति के लिए स्थान छोड़ दिया गया है। समस्या आकृतियां एक श्रृंखला में हैं। इसका पता लगाओ कि दाहिनी ओर उत्तर आकृति में से कौन सी आकृति रिक्त स्थान पर आकर श्रृंखला को पूरा करती है।

5. Analogy समानता

In questions 17 to 20, there are two sets of two problem figures each. The second set has a mark of interrogation (?). There exists a relationship between the first two problem figures. Similar relationship should exist between the third and fourth problem figure. Select one of the answer figure which replaces the mark of interrogation.
प्रश्न संख्या 17 से 20 में दो समुच्चयों की दो-दो समस्या आकृतियां हैं। दूसरे समुच्चय में प्रश्न चिह्न (?) लगा हुआ है। पहली तथा दूसरी समस्या आकृति के बीच कोई सम्बन्ध है। इसी प्रकार का सम्बन्ध तीसरी और चैथी समस्या आकृतियों में भी होना चाहिए। उत्तर आकृतियों में से एक ऐसी आकृति चुनों जो प्रश्न चिह्न को हटा सके।

6. Geometrical figure completion रेखागणितीय चित्र पूरक

In questions 21 to 24 one part of a geometrical figure is on the left hand side as question figure and the other one is among the four answer figures A, B, C and D given on the right hand side. Find out the figure that completes the geometrical figure.
प्रश्न संख्या 21 से 24 में बायी ओर रेखागणितीय आकृति का एक भाग प्रश्न आकृति के रूप में दिया गया है और इसका अन्य भाग दायीं ओर के उत्तर आकृति A,B,C,D में से है। ऐसी आकृति चुनिए जो रेखागणितीय आकृति को पूरा कर दे।

7. Mirror imaging दर्पण बिम्ब

In questions 25 to 28 there is a problem figure on the left side and four answer figures marked A, B, C and D are given on the right side. Select the answer figure which is exactly the mirror image of the problem figure when the mirror is held at X Y.
प्रश्न संख्या 25 से 28 में बायीं ओर एक समस्या आकृति है और इसके दायी ओर चार उत्तर आकृतियां ।A,B,C,D दी गई है। ऐसी आकृति चुनो जो समस्या आकृति का दर्पण में प्रतिबिम्बित होगी जब दर्पण को XY रूप में रखा जाए।

8. Punched hole pattern (folding/unfolding) पंच नियंत्रित आकृति-मोड़ना/खोलना

In question 29 to 32 a piece of paper is folded and punched as shown in problem figures on the left side and four answer figures marked A, B, C and D are given on right side. Select the answer figure which indicates how the paper will appear when opened (unfolded).
प्रश्न संख्या 29 से 32 में बाँई ओर समस्या आकृति के रूप में कागज के एक टुकड़ा मोड़ा तथा पन्च किया गया है और दाँयी तरफ चार उत्तर आकृतियाँ ।A,B,C व D दी गई है। उस उत्तर आकृति को चुनो जो कागज खुलने (Unfolded) पर कैसा दिखेगा।

9. Space visualization स्पेस विजुअलाइजेशन

In questions 33 to 36 a problem figure is given on the left side and four answer figures, marked A, B, C and D are given on the right side. Select the answer figure which can be formed from the cut-off pieces given in the problem figure.
प्रश्न संख्या 33 से 36 में बाँई ओर एक समस्या आकृति दी गई है। दाँई तरफ चार उत्तर आकृतियां ।A,B,C,D दी गई है। उस उत्तर आकृति को चुनो जो समस्या आकृति में दिये गये टुकड़ों को जोड़ने पर प्राप्त होगी।

10. Embedded figure. सन्निहित आकृति

In questions 37 to 40 a problem figure is given on the left side and four answer figures, marked A, B, C and D are given on the right side. Select the answer figure in which the problem figure is hidden/ embedded.
प्रश्न संख्या 37 से 40 में बाँई ओर एक समस्या आकृति दी गई है और दाँई तरफ चार उत्तर आकृतियां । A,B,C,D दी गई है। उस उत्तर आकृति को चुनो जिसमें समस्या आकृति छिपी हुई है।

The main purpose of this test is to measure candidate’s basic competencies in Arithmetic. All the Twenty questions of this test will be based on the following 15 topics

Section 3: Language भाषा

The main purpose of this test is to assess reading comprehension of the candidates. The test consists of four passages. Each passage is followed by 5 questions. Candidates shall read each passage carefully and answer the questions that follow.
इस परीक्षा का मुख्य उद्देश्य उम्मीदवारों के पढ़ने की समझ का आकलन करना है। परीक्षण में चार मार्ग होते हैं। प्रत्येक मार्ग के बाद 5 प्रश्न हैं। उम्मीदवार प्रत्येक गद्यांश को ध्यान से पढ़ेंगे और उसके बाद आने वाले प्रश्नों के उत्तर देंगे।
